APPEALS
The State of Arizona allows for anyone convicted of a criminal offense to appeal or challenge that finding before the Superior Court or Arizona Court of Appeals. You can appeal your case if you have been found guilty by a judge or jury at trial. Contact Corso & Rhude right away to evaluate whether or not there are proper grounds to appeal your conviction.

Arizona law provides under Rule 32 of Criminal Procedure that you can petition the Court for post conviction relief within 90 days of your sentence being imposed. Rule 32 only applies if you have appeared before the Court and entered a plea agreement with the State. Contact Corso & Rhude right away or click on the link below for a no cost evaluation of your right to appeal.
